I reached out to work with Gina because my relationship was undergoing big changes and I’d had enough of my usual routine of anxiety, anger and rage as my only way to respond. 'Undesirables’ and deeper healing

Undesirables: Patterns of behaviour, emotions, thoughts & feelings

Despite our best efforts to keep them in check, the ‘undesirables’ -those emotions, words, feelings and thoughts- inevitably erupt, especially when we’re physically exhausted, neglecting ourselves, feeling attacked and abandoned, lost or wronged in some way.

But there is another side to these undesirables. When consciously and safely witnessed, they can offer invaluable insight into ourselves and the world around us.

The Return to Yourself holistic healing sessions allow you to connect with hidden aspects of your Self that arise, especially during unexpected big life transitions, interruptions and shifts. Learning to accept yourself exactly as you are, releases the temptation to try and be someone you’re not, and it’s this act of surrender that will allow healing to occur on a deeper level.

 
I was drawn to Gina to help me align and clear my energetic self. I didn’t have any specific ‘healing’ in mind, just a good spring clean to help my highest self keep growing and moving forward. At first I was sceptical of ‘virtual’ energy work. However, working via Zoom with Gina has been was one of the most powerful energetic experiences I’ve ever had - just as good as being in the room. What is this journey?

The 'Return To Yourself’ journey includes 1:1 guided sessions comprising energy healing, guided meditations and coaching, home-plays and integrative techniques to support you in leaning into those previously unexplored parts of yourself. 

The ‘self’ can be expressed on multiple levels including the body, mind, soul, intuition and psyche. As you consciously move into the unknown, insights from every level emerge around how you personally heal and the resistance that can affect your healing process. You discover who you truly are, beyond the expectations of others, the roles you identify with and the ways in which you express yourself. Through these sessions you create space for deeper self-awareness and move from a place of coping and managing to transforming and healing.  

On this journey you learn to differentiate between the voices and signals from the ego and to invite your ‘Soul voice’ (intuition) to reach you.  You’ll witness parts of you that are hidden, forgotten and patiently waiting for you to greet them once more. This is the process of integration. 

‘Returning to Yourself’ sessions guide you to become more familiar with who you are in the physical and subtle realms, the situations that activate your personal patterns and the techniques which are optimal for your healing.  There are four key themes I work with to guide you to your true inner Self:

  • Choice -giving yourself permission to choose how to be present with your healing patterns and on your healing journey 

  • Knowledge -learning who you are and the physical and formless energies that influence and anchor you 

  • Surrender -allowing yourself to be present with every aspect of your Self and Soul, exactly as you are, without trying to change or resist

  • Trust -aligning with your inner voice and standing in your truth

How it may feel

Exploring what it means for you to honour and be honest with yourself and others can feel slightly uncomfortable in the beginning.

Honest questions and honest answers may mean letting go of or taking distance from situations that prevent you from accessing your inner voice. These don’t need to be drastic changes, they are usually subtle shifts that take place and it is always your choice as to what kind of transformation you are ready to invite. 

Your healing journey with ‘Return to Yourself’ may include:

  • Reframing beliefs, experiences and relationships

  • Discerning what supports and hinders your healing

  • Inner Child Healing 

  • Interpreting physical pain and suffering as sacred wisdom  

  • Trusting your intuition and recognising ego-based narratives

  • Learning to face the way reality can influence how you feel (rather than run from or resist it) 

  • Expanding your understanding of who you are as a human and spiritual being.

A deeper self-awareness arises, transforming fears, discomfort and pain, along with a new, conscious perspective on how your healing systems communicate and interact with your mind. 

 

The most important part of this journey is showing up for each session. You are simply invited to be as you are. 

Before your first session, you’ll receive a few exercises and simple worksheets to complete to begin ‘mapping’ your intentions at the beginning of your journey. 

In each session I’ll ask you to get curious about parts of yourself that you’re ready to better know, whether that be a physical pain, an emotion, a particular thought or belief, or something you’re sensing. 

There may be home-plays for you to move into, to nurture the relationship with yourself and how you heal. 

We always go at your rhythm. You always hold the power to invite in the level of healing you are ready for.

6-12 bespoke healing sessions (1.5h each), online or in-person.

Each session includes key learning pieces, as well as healing, guided meditation and coaching.

  • Bespoke home-play and self-study exercises.

  • Text/ voice message support from me and 1-to-1 focused coaching calls as needed in-between sessions (about 15 mins).

  • Additional learning resources, including audios and explorative worksheets.

Beyond the journey

As you move through the ‘Returning To Yourself’ journey, you’ll likely experience a natural progression in your ability to be with your Self and draw upon the healing practices you’ve witnessed in our sessions together. 

Throughout the journey and notably in your last two sessions, I’ll guide you in becoming comfortable with specific techniques that will support you on your healing journey beyond the journey, which usually include:

  • Creating space to acknowledge your patterns of pain and suffering

  • Being with and discerning different types of pain

  • Recognising your core values 

  • Crafting conscious, clear intentions 

  • Establishing and affirming boundaries

  • Breath-work techniques to hear your body-mind-intuition

  • Manifesting creative practises 

  • Communicating with others in a clear and conscious way

  • Transforming how you feel, think and experience being alone

  • Releasing the fear-shame-guilt-anger cycle

  • Being true to yourself.
