Learning to self-heal with Reiki
We are all born with intuitive healing systems and powerful abilities to manifest healing. My intention when teaching all levels of Reiki is to support you in remembering that this ancient energy medicine knowledge exists within your body and mind.
The Usui Reiki system of attunement that allows students to channel Pure Source energy, was developed in the late 1900s. Given the dramatic transformation of society since then, my style of teaching calls upon the Divine Feminine: I use the Usui teachings as the primary foundation and encourage students to find their natural flow when self-healing and moving between the physical world and subtle energy realms.
There are four levels of Reiki in total: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3a (Master) and Level 3b (Teacher training). In each level of Reiki, you receive a framework to support you as you deepen your self-healing journey and healing others should you feel ready to do this.
You are always encouraged to follow your intuition and go with what feels right for you.

The 4 initiations of Usui Reiki study & practice.
Level 1: Self-Healing with Source. Introduction to Reiki energy healing, learn to connect intentionally with “Source Energy”, understand how the chakras are interconnected with our physical, emotional and mental bodies and how we can consider our subtle energies in everyday life. Certified Usui Reiki Level 1 practitioner.
Level 2: Sacred Symbols & The Healer. Going deeper into the emotional and mental aspects of healing with the application of 3 symbols to send healing via distance, dive into the complexities of time and space and better protect from negative and incompatible energies. Certified Usui Reiki Level 2 practitioner.
Level 3a: The Light & The Shadow. Diving into the archetypal energy of the caregiver and the need to fix others, we explore the two symbols of karmic release and light in support the journey of surrendering to all of the self. Ancient healing techniques offer guidance in continuing to become our own healer. Certified Usui Reiki Level 3a practitioner; Usui Reiki Master.
Level 3b: Becoming The Teacher. The final journey with Usui Reiki where we step into the archetype of teaching others tools and techniques to awaken to the truths of being human and spiritual beings. Holding the duality of student-teacher, we explore your personal style of guiding and learning, whilst honouring the traditional teachings of Mikao Usui. Certified Usui Reiki Level 3b practitioner; Usui Reiki Master & Teacher.

Who it’s for
Level 1: Students range from absolute beginners who have no prior knowledge or exposure to the subtle world of energy healing to those who have experienced this world through other formats such as listening guided meditations, practicing yoga, tai chi, being a sounding board for a friend/ loved one or engaging in creative practices such as dance, oracle cards, pottery, poetry or spending time in nature.
Level 2: For Reiki level 1 students who are ready to shift their perception of the physical world and go deeper into the roots of their suffering.
Level 3a: Reiki 2 students who feel moved to dive into the world of shadow within, using the guiding light of compassion to support their healing journey.
Level 3b: For Reiki 3a students who are called to teach Reiki and guide others on their journey of energy healing.
Classes
Live Reiki group courses are taught via Zoom video.
Class time is used for diving into spiritual themes, discussion and practice of energy healing techniques. In-between each class, questions and exercises allow for deeper self-reflection and practice. It’s completely up to each student how much time is allocated for this additional learning. Everyone is on their journey, honouring their own rhythm.

A detailed manual sent electronically, which may be printed ahead of the course.
Videos, mp3 audio files and pdfs demonstrating techniques taught, sent electronically after each class for students to refer back to in their own time.
Pre-reading and self-reflection questions before each class begins.
Upon completion of the course an internationally-recognised Usui Reiki certificate.

“I loved the small group classes. We were all so aligned in the things that we looked for in connecting to spirit and the higher realms. I just thought it was quaint the way we talked about astrology and tarot and signs and even the presence of spirits around us. Everything was welcomed. I learned that it’s becoming easier and easier to be vulnerable and that I have wisdom to offer as well.
Gina’s calm energy is her greatest gift.
